Last updated: 10/10/2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Levitas Communities CIC website and participation in our 6-Week Health Reset Programme and related services.

By using this website, registering interest in a programme, or participating in a programme, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. About the Programme

Levitas Communities CIC provides supervised, clinician-led health reset programmes designed to support participants through a structured six-week programme.

Programme elements may include:

  • Clinical oversight and guidance
  • Blood screening where included within the programme
  • Weekly coaching and educational sessions
  • Health, nutrition and lifestyle guidance
  • Structured programme resources and participant support

The exact services, programme structure and inclusions may vary between cohorts and will be confirmed before participation.

3. Registration and Programme Places

When registering for a programme or submitting an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Programme places are subject to availability.
  • Registering interest does not automatically guarantee a place.
  • Participation may be subject to eligibility or clinical suitability requirements.
  • We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to determine suitability for a programme.
  • Programme dates, locations and availability may change where reasonably necessary.

4. Health and Clinical Considerations

Our programme includes health and clinical elements and is designed to provide appropriate supervision and guidance. However, the programme should not be regarded as a substitute for emergency medical care or any other medical service that you may require.

Participants must provide accurate information about their health, medical history, medications and other relevant circumstances when requested.

Where our clinical team determines that participation is not appropriate or safe for an individual, we may recommend that the individual does not participate or seek appropriate medical advice.

5. Blood Screening and Health Information

Where blood screening or other health assessments form part of a programme, these will be carried out or arranged in accordance with the relevant programme process.

Participants must follow instructions provided by the clinical team and provide relevant information required for safe and appropriate participation.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Follow reasonable programme and clinical guidance.
  • Attend scheduled sessions where applicable.
  • Inform the programme team of relevant changes to their health or circumstances.
  • Treat staff and other participants respectfully.
  • Use programme materials only for their intended purpose.

7. Programme Changes, Cancellation and Withdrawal

Programme dates, locations, session arrangements or other programme details may occasionally need to change.

If a programme needs to be cancelled or materially changed, we will provide affected participants with appropriate information and, where applicable, details of any available refund or alternative arrangements.

Participants who wish to withdraw from a programme should contact us using the contact details provided below. Any applicable cancellation or refund arrangements will depend on the programme terms provided at the time of registration or purchase.
